      Warranty and Replacement Policy

      All products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty covering all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not included in the warranty service.)

       

      Warranty Period and Applicable Conditions

      The warranty is automatically registered when the initial purchaser orders and receives the product from our online store and is only applicable to the initial purchaser.

       

      For warranty transfer, you must meet the following two conditions to be eligible for warranty service:

       

      No more than one year has passed since the initial owner received the package;

      The new owner has the initial purchaser's name and original order number.

      Warrantied Products

      Any component found to be defective or damaged (including damage caused during shipping) will be replaced.

       

      This warranty does not cover the following:

      Corrosion

      Fading, scratches, and impact marks

      Impact damage

      Irreversible modifications (e.g., drilling or welding)

      Water damage

      Batteries

       

       

      No cash refunds are provided.

       

       

      This limited warranty does not cover the following:

      Defects or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;

      Defects or damage caused by unauthorized modifications;

      Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage (unless caused by "IXODH");

      Products with serial numbers or barcodes that have been removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or are illegible;

      Normal wear and tear;

      Defects or damage caused by the use of accessories, products, or auxiliary/peripheral equipment not designed or approved for use with the product;

      Defects or damage caused by failure to follow product assembly, testing, use, maintenance, installation, repair, or adjustment instructions;

      Defects or damage caused by external factors such as collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, extreme weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or misuse of power.

      Furthermore, for batteries, this limited warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by the following actions or circumstances:

       

      Charging with a charger not designed or suitable for use with the battery;

      Improper use of the charger;

      Broken battery seal or signs of tampering;

      Battery used in a non-specified device. 1. Warranty Claims

      All warranty claims must be submitted via email to sabraj706@gmail.com (Google Mail). Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged item are required for all warranty claims.

       

      Before submitting a claim, we recommend contacting us at sabraj706@gmail.com (Google Mail) as there may be a simple solution that does not require a claim.

       

      Valid warranty claims submitted within 1 year of the initial purchase will be processed via email.

       

      2. Shipping Damage Claims

      In rare cases, items may be damaged during shipping. If damage occurs during shipping, please contact us at re.stogafni@gmail.com (Google Mail) and provide photo or video evidence.

       

      Free accessories scratched during shipping will not be replaced or refunded.

       

      Note: We do not accept shipping damage claims submitted more than 7 days after receipt of the goods.
