Shipping Costs and Destinations

Currently, we only support shipping to 16 European countries/regions: Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Germany. Please note that all our products are tax-inclusive, and you will not be charged any additional taxes.

Processing Time: 3-5 business days

Order Processing Time
This is the time from when the buyer places the order to when the seller hands the goods over to the shipping service provider.

Our warehouse is only open during business hours from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). In this case, we will take measures to minimize shipping delays.

If you refuse delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse and will be considered a return.
In this case, we will refund the payment using the original payment method (minus shipping costs).
